Built in 1890 (Approx). It is presumed that this root cellar was built by the Barnet Lumber Company as well. It would have been build for the same purpose -  to house supplies, but likely for the dam keepers, as opposed to the crews of the lumber company. This root cellar is located at the north end of Burntroot Lake, near the portage leading to the Petewawa River.
