I was unable to obtain any information regarding the clearing and ruins on Camp Five Lake. Some have speculated it belonged to the Richie Lumber Company, and others say the Gilmour Lumber Company. There isnt much left to be found here - save a few metal items such as buckets and camp heaters - the size of the clearing is fairly impressive, but the location of Camp Five Lake leaves a lot of questions about why a lumber camp would operate here. One safe bet is that whatever camp did operate here, it was probably called 'Camp Five'.
