This fire tower is located high up on the hill behind the Brent town site. This tower was intentionally removed, likely for liability reasons but that can not be confirmed. It is assumed that the keeper of the Brent fire tower was stationed at the old ranger cabin on Pan Lake - which would prove to be one of the shorter hikes to work when compared to other towers and the proximity of their cabins (Birchcliffe & White Trout, for example).
